We came across Colin from seeing a lot of SOLD signs with his name on them in our area and also learning a friend also used him as an agent. Not knowing if we should keep our place to rent or flat out sell Colin's experience dealing with both property management and real estate was able to put together a comprehensive market analysis for us which allowed to make an informed decision that selling was our best choice.

We used him as both our buying and listing agent, for the purchase of our new home his fast acting and strategic suggestions got us an accepted offer without a bidding war. When it came time to list, 2 days before our open house and due to COVID the BC Real Estate no longer allowed open houses.
